1 Prices and quotations


-All prices are exclusive of VAT and carriage.

-Prices may be subject to changes without prior notice.

-Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

-Please contact us for latest prices and promotions.



2 Special offers


-Special offers are subject to availability and are based on a first call first served basis.

-No special offer can be reserved until full payment is received.

-Samples are not available on special offers and must be purchased if required for evaluation.

-There is no warranty on special offers unless otherwise agreed. No replacement and no refund will be given.



3 Samples 


-Samples are available for all non-promotional cases only.

-Other products such as accessories or power supply units are NOT available as samples and must be purchased if required for testing.

-Samples are available for a 14 day evaluation period only unless agreed otherwise.

-Samples are available at prices stated on our current price list.

-An invoice will be issued and credit card details will be taken to allow dispatch of ALL samples.

-Should the sample be unsuitable, the customer may return it to Ever Case intact and within the 14 day trial period.

-If samples are not received intact or on time, credit card payment shall be processed as for a regular purchase.

-If samples are received intact and on time, credit card payment for carriage to your premises only will be processed.

-A credit will be raised for the full amount of the sample (minus carriage) providing:

        -It is sent back within the 14 day trial period,

        -It is received intact with all its original parts (Power Supply Unit, Power Cable, Manual, Full kit box),

        -It is in its original clean packaging.

-All transport charges (for shipping and returning goods) are due by the customer and the credit will NOT include ANY transport charge.

-If any of the above conditions is not met, Ever Case reserves the right to refuse a credit.



4 Placing an order


-There is no need to open an account to place an order.

-Orders can be placed by telephone, E-mail or fax from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday or online at anytime.

-You can download an order form here if needed and contact us for latest prices, stock availability and delivery charges.

-Anyone, businesses or end users from the UK or abroad is welcome to place an order.

-For OEM orders, contact us .



5 Payment 


-Full payment should be received prior to dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed.

-Payment can be made by the following methods:

-All major credit cards (except AMEX) are accepted, there is no surcharge for credit card payments.

-Cheques should be made payable to: Kate & McKenzie (UK) Ltd.


-Bank Detail: Please contact us. 

-Members of the public are welcome to purchase goods directly from Kate & McKenzie (UK) Ltd T/A Evercase. Credit card payment can be done online to our Paypal account. there is no need to hold a Paypal account to pay online.

6 Delivery


Delivery prices


-All prices are exclusive of carriage.

-Carriage depends on the weight of the consignment.

-Alternatively, goods can be collected by the customer or his own courier. Please make sure goods are ready before arranging a collection.

-Timed delivery can be arranged at extra cost.

-The above rates are fixed by our courier and are therefore not negotiable.

-Shipping cost adjustments may be necessary and we may contact you if required.


Delivery time


-Although we make every effort to dispatch goods ASAP, we cannot guarantee a next day delivery if orders are placed after 12pm mainly if accessories, parts or power supply are to be fit into cases on site.

-Most goods are shipped by courier and a signature may be required upon delivery. -Small items may be shipped by standard post.



7 Note about replacement PSUs


-Our Power Supply Units may not be from your original PSU manufacturer and may have a different model number. They are only high quality alternative PSUs suitable for the list of products advertised. In 99% of the cases they do the job with no problem. However they may not match your original PSU at 100% and we cannot guarantee that they are always 100% compatible with your hardware specifications. In some very rare cases slight adjustment may be required to fit your computer:

       -Missing connectors: we can supply free additional adaptors (when available) to meet your needs. Please do check your connector requirements.

       -Fitting problem: Most screw holes on our PSUs match the chassis and are sufficient to hold it in place, however, some screw holes may be missing or our fitting bracket may not fit perfectly.

       -Electric incompatibility: Some working PSUs may appear faulty due to unexplained electric compatibility. We can replace them with an alternative PSU or refund.

       -Wrong fan position: It usually does not affect the efficiency of the cooling, however in rare cases a PSU with a fan situated on the top may not fit a low profile or 2U chassis due to the lack of space for ventilation.

-When available, we can provide free parts to go with our PSUs, however we cannot refund the cost of parts purchase from other suppliers (Connectors, Adaptors, Extension cables).

-In rare cases two different PSUs have the exact same model number. This is because the original PSU has been modified by the manufacturer to fit a particular PC and the model number has not been changed. This can lead to confusion so please check your requirement or contact us for assistance as we cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from such confusion.

-We cannot be held responsible for incompatibility but we are happy to assist and we usually provide a solution or accept a return and send a refund (minus all postage charges). Those compatibility issues are very rare but please do contact us if you require assistance.



8 Damage & shortage


-Shortage or damage should be clearly reported on courier consignment note when receiving goods and should be notified to Ever Case within 3 day of delivery.

-We strongly recommend that item number and condition are carefully checked before signing courier consignment note.

-Ever Case will refund, repair or replace goods providing prompt notice is given and providing it is proven that damage or loss occurred during transit.


9 Warranty


-Power Supply Units are covered by a one year warranty unless agreed otherwise.

-All other items are covered by a 14 day warranty.


10 Returns


-All returns must be accompanied with a filled returns form you can download here, and a valid RMA number provided by Ever Case. Returns sent without RMA number will be rejected and the customer will be charged for the return delivery.

-If a replacement is required, damage parts may be returned on their own (this apply for :Power Supply Units, Top Covers, Side Panels, Front Panels...).

-If a credit is required, goods must include all original equipments (Power Supply Unit, Power Cable, Manual, Full kit box).

-Any missing parts will not be replaced or credited.

-All returns should be sent to: Ever Case Technology, Unit 4, Randolph Court, Randolph Industrial Estate, Kirkcaldy, Fife, KY1 2YY, UK. Within 30 days.

-A new RMA Number application will be required for goods sent after this period.

-It is the customers' responsibility to pay all postage charges unless agreed otherwise.

-All goods must be returned in original packaging.

-Goods will be repaired, replaced or credited providing:

        -The above conditions are met,

        -They were purchased from Ever Case,

        -They are still covered by the warranty policy.

-Goods out of warranty or not bought from Ever Case will not be replaced or credited & will be resent at the customer's expenses.

-If any of the above conditions is not met, Ever Case reserves the right to refuse a return.


11 Taxes


-UK VAT (20%) is charged to:

     -All UK customers (businesses and member of the public).

     -Non VAT registered EU Customers.

-UK VAT (20%) is NOT charged to:

-Customers from all other countries.

-Other Import taxes: When shipping abroad, all customs duty, taxes and other local charges that may be due on arrival are the buyer’s responsibility.

 These taxes are imposed by the destination country and are beyond our control.


12 Data protection act


-We take the data protection act seriously and do not make your details and information available to any other commercial organization.

-We may occasionally inform you of new Ever Case products and special offers we believe may be of interest to you. Please do inform us if you do not wish to be updated. 



13 Ownership & risk


-The risk in the goods shall pass from Ever Case to the customer upon delivery.

-Title and property of goods shall not pass to the customer until full payment is received by Ever Case
